The day started off with some last minute searching for a meeting location. While all of use were acutely aware of Veteran’s Day, none of us expected Sertoma Arts Center to be closed. That’s just what we found out though. Luckily, club member Scott Tarkenton arrived at Sertoma an hour earlier than usual for a Casino Night committee meeting. Club Members Attend Rotary Grants Training

Originally posted by Scott Tarkenton On Saturday, October 25, 2014, Rotary members of District 7710 assembled at Greenwood Baptist Church in Cary to receive certification/qualification training to prepare/submit Rotary grant requests. Chris Morden, Scott Tarkenton and Erik Grunwald represented The Rotary Club of North Raleigh. For a club to be eligible to apply for a Rotary Foundation Grant (District Grant and/or Global Grant) the club’s President-Elect and one other club member must attend a training session and gain qualification.
