Good Times had at Evening Social

The evening meeting was combined with the periodic new member social, spearheaded by Matthew Kane and Erik Grunwald. There was a great turnout with several prospective members in attendance, as well as newer members, long-time members and spouses. This social happens about every two months and was a perfect combination for one of the evening meetings. We talked a lot about Rotary and answered questions for the guests thinking about joining our club. All in all it was a great evening at Relish with good friends. Club Offers First Evening Meeting

A big part of the Rotary Club of North Raleigh’s membership strategy is to increase the options available for new members to attend meetings and take part in the Club’s activities. From that strategy, the club has begun an evening meeting option. The new club meeting, which will take place weekly on Thursdays at 6:30, met for the first time on Thursday July 14th. The first meeting was an information meeting for interested members and prospective members.
