Rusine Mitchell Sinclair Inducted as 2016-17 District Governor

The torch was passed from Newman Aguiar to Rusine Sinclair Wednesday night at the North Raleigh Country Club. The celebration reflected on the magnificent year we had in District 7710 under Newman with record high membership and Foundation giving. Rusine is connected to Rotary by some very personal things. She was awarded an ambassadoral scholarship in the ’70s and spent a year studying in Singapore as a result. It was a time that changed her life. She was also aflicted with Polio as a child. DG Newman Aguiar Visits the North Raleigh Club

Wednesday September 16th we witnessed a very active combination of events at our weekly meeting. Here’s a recap: 2015 Rotary District 7710 Governor Newman Aguiar, accompanied by his lovely wife Ann-Louise, paid the annual DG visit to our club. He expressed excitement about being at the North Raleigh club for a number of reasons.
