District Conference Celebrates 30 Years of Women in Rotary

Linda Brooks was chosen as our club’s Women in Rotary honoree. Here are some of the reasons why she was chosen: Linda has led our Jack Andrews Memorial Golf Tournament fundraiser for the past few years. PETS is the President Elect’s Training Seminar provided by our zone (Zone 33) and organized by our District Governors Elect. 2017 Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner

Once a year our club holds a fun social called Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner. This year’s was March 4th. Several members are designated as hosts and the remainder of the participants are guests. Neither the hosts nor the guests know who they are dining with. Guests are given addresses the day before but no names. Members love it and say it’s a great way to get to know people you may not normally get a chance to see at meetings.
