Two of our newer members, Howie Feldman and Mark Turnbull, gave vocational talks on Wednesday. The club periodically has members talk about their careers, industries and other topics of interest that will acquaint our members with them.
Howie is in the insurance business. His company is Integrated Insurance Solutions. It is a full service agency that sells all lines of insurance: personal, commercial, benefits and financial services. He has 26 years experience providing insurance protection products and services for businesses, their employees, and individuals. He moved to Raleigh in 2016 from Virginia to open Integrated Insurance Solutions North Carolina and be closer to his wife’s family.
Mark is a Freelance Event Coordinator. His schedule allows him to be a stay-at-home dad helping caring for his and Katie’s 2 daughters. He attended Illinois State University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in History Education. After college Mark worked for American InterContinental University’s Online Campus. He assisted with the development of an academic integrity review process where his analyses were used by university deans in determining rulings on student plagiarism cases. His hobbies are: cooking, photography, sea kayaking, cycling, hiking, rock climbing and golf.
