2017-18 Leadership Attend Rotary Training

Next year’s club President-Elect, Jason Potts and President, Mike Wienold both attended Carolina’s PETS in Greensboro March 16-18. PETS is the President Elect’s Training Seminar provided by our zone (Zone 33) and organized by our District Governors Elect. Matthew Kane, past club president and past district governor, was at the seminar as an instructor. PETS is attended by Presidents-Elect, Presidents-Nominee, Assistant Governors, Governors Nominee, Governors Nominee Designate. 2017 Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner

Once a year our club holds a fun social called Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner. This year’s was March 4th. Several members are designated as hosts and the remainder of the participants are guests. Neither the hosts nor the guests know who they are dining with. Guests are given addresses the day before but no names. Members love it and say it’s a great way to get to know people you may not normally get a chance to see at meetings.
